The 3in30 Challenge wants to
encourage and challenge you
to accomplish your goals!

The 3 in 30 Challenge was created by Meghan Tucker {The Tuckers Take Tennessee} and Ashley Pichea {L.I.F.E. by Ashley Pichea}.

Meghan and Ashley saw a need for encouragement and accountability among their online friends in regard to making goals reality.

Do you have a wish-list, a to-do list a mile long, or even a bucket list?

Join the 3in30 Challenge and learn how to check those tasks, projects, and dreams off your list one at a time!

Let’s break down our lists into bite-sized chunks, and let’s check up on each other over the course of a month. Together we can accomplish our goals!

It’s been said that it takes 21 days to create new habits. Each month (approximately each 30 days) the 3in30 Challenge starts fresh. Choose up to 3 goals you’d like to work on. Then, throughout the month there will be weekly link-ups and opportunities for daily encouragement and accountability.

  • Brainstorm and make a list of three attainable goals for this month.
  • Throughout the week, check in with us on Twitter using the hashtag #3in30 or on our Facebook page!
  • Join the weekly link-up by blogging about your progress or sharing your progress in the comments (blogging about the challenge is optional – no blog required).
  • Visit the other participants’ blogs, connect on Twitter and/or Facebook, and encourage one another.

The weekly linkup will go “live” each Friday at 8:00 am ET and stay “live” through Monday at 7:00 am ET.
