This month we are challenging you to think about aiming for goals that benefit your family. Some of you may choose to attempt a “no TV” goal, and I’d like to share a list of family activities that you can do instead of watching TV

    11) do a craft, or paint/draw some pictures
    12) put on some music and dance around the room
    13) do shadow puppets
    14) visit someone you haven’t seen in a while
    15) do a puzzle together

      forgot to say how I love the list!  :D  and the idea of planning a trip.. even if you do not actually go on the trip, it’s always fun to dream.. and read up on what you would see if you do go.. plus you could incorporate the “making a meal together” in to the trip planning, by making meals from the spot where you want to travel to :D
